Jim Caras

Owner, President and CEO, started the business in 1972. He has managed both commercial and residential property. He also has been involved in land development, new construction, remodeling, and maintenance of properties. He is a member of the Home Builders Association, Montana Realtors Association, Kiwanis, and National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Sam Caras

General Manager, Vice President, Maintenance Manager, Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, He manages both commercial and residential property, been involved in new construction, remodeling and general maintenance of properties. He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, National Association of Realtors.

The company has over 100 years of combined service. It is our goal to take care of each and every property as if it were our own. We strive to serve our owners and tenants in the best way possible. We pride ourselves on our service to our owners and tenants.
