Caras Property Management's History
Jim Caras Owner, President and CEO, started the business in 1972. He has managed both commercial and residential property. He also has been involved in land development, new construction, remodeling, and maintenance of properties. He is a member of the Home Builders Association, Montana Realtors Association, Kiwanis, and National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Christy Lang Office manager and Licensed Property Manager. Christy has been with Caras Property Management for three years. She started as a maintenance person so she has a good knowledge of the properties. Christy’s primary job is tenant relations. She does a terrific job of finding a home for our tenants and handling the daily problems that may arise.
Roy Day Maintenance. Roy has been involved in remodeling and maintenance for over 40 years.
Gordon Robertson Maintenance. Gordy has a 10 year background in remodeling and repair.
Doug Ernst
Maintenance. Doug has a 15 year background in remodeling and maintenance.
Steve Savage General Manager, Licensed Property Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor. Steve has been handling all aspects of property management for over 25 years.
Nancy Tredik Bookkeeper. Nancy has been with Caras Property Management since 1998. She oversees the accounting for each and every property and compiles the monthly reports to each of the owners. She has been involved with accounting her entire working life.
The company has over 100 years of combined service. It is our goal to take care of each and every property as if it were our own. We also strive to serve our tenants in the best way possible. We pride ourselves on our service to our tenants and owners.
