Taylor and Megan were great to work with during our move from out of state! They were quick to respond to emails/phone calls and were transparent with all information regarding the rental process and properties we had questions on. The process to rent the property was unique due to us living out of state at the time (all virtual communication with a friend doing the walk through for us) but the home is exactly as we expected and there were no surprises. We are very grateful for them and their constant communication making our lives much less stressful during our move!

Caras Properties in Hamilton have been a great property manager! We’ve rented through them for going on 3 years and they’ve been very helpful and professional. If we have an issue, they are very fast and efficient at getting it fixed. Carady works with & communicates well @ Caras Property Management in Polson. We renewed our lease with Caras property in August for another year and was happy to learn the smiling cheerful person who collected my rent at the front & always returned my call per inquires for maintenance, smoke detectors, blinds, and I think even the water heater, has leveled up to management! Empathy goes a long way and being understanding of tenants especially after Covid-19 and her capability to work with us was wonderful!

I never Had a problem with them. They were Always helpful. Properties were not that badly either. There aren't that many good property management companies in town. So, it's kind of hard to pick which one is good. But I do recommend this property management in Missoula Montana. Keep up the good work.

I lived in one of Caras' condos for 3 years and would still be there had we not moved out of state. Every time I called with any problem someone was there within a couple hours to fix it. I found the maintenance staff very friendly and extremely skillful. The grass was mowed every week and the snow removed quickly. I believe people treat us the way we treat them. Hostility always begets hostility and kindness always returns as kindness! If I moved back to MT I would immediately rent from Caras Property Management!

My families experience has been positive since Caras is now the property manager. I have always had polite and helpful information, Caras has been good to us in hard times, working with us and seemingly truly caring about their tenants. I have not had a rude or disrespectful employee; I am happy to say they have always contacted me in a timely manner if I have a question or need help. Your home is what you make it.
